provide top-quality computer hardware, accessories, and services to our customers. We are
seeking a creative and talented Social Media Marketing and Sales assistant to help us build
a strong online presence and engage with our audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
● Create engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, and other
multimedia elements.
● Confidently present company products to social media followers, incorporating
storytelling and technical details.
● Maintain our social media profiles across various platforms, including TikTok,
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and more.
● Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a
timely and professional manner.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and platform updates to ensure our
online presence remains innovative and relevant.
● Provide a knowledgeable and seamless customer experience for all customers that
enter the store.
● Maintain clean and tidy stock standards on shop floor for customers at all times.
● Collaborate with your team members to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation, with a strong
portfolio showcasing your work.
● Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
software.
● Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● A passion for technology and a solid understanding of computer hardware and
software (a plus, but not required).
● Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a
team.
